I am a variety streamer that plays; Story Based Single Player Games to Co-Op/Multiplayer Games. Streaming is my passion and I strive to have a comfy channel, chat and even discord server so everyone can feel safe and comfy.
I do sometimes hyper-focus on a game I am playing in stream but I always go back and read chat.I am a streamer that has been medically diagnosed with; ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Dyslexia and OCD so sometimes these will be topics discussed in chat if anybody asks me questions.

Terms OF SERVICE

To ensure a mutually beneficial collaboration, I kindly request that you read my terms of service for anything commission related.
By establishing clear expectations upfront through a formal agreement, we can build a productive relationship founded on professionalism and trust.
My terms are below;♥ MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO COMMISSION NSFW THEMES FROM ME!PAYMENTS
♥ All payments will be done via paypal OR ko-fi. The only currency I accept is American US Dollars. I can not/will not accept other forms of pay unless stated otherwise, Please consider your conversion rate;
♥ Payment is upfront
♥ Payment plans available with commissions over 100$ and can be discussed.
♥ You will not be shipped any physical product unless it is physical traditional media
Thank you for understanding - You are paying for digital goods which is a service I provide, Therefor, you are paying for a serviceREFUNDS
♥ If I, the artist, am unable to complete a commission, a refund will be issued.
If you, the commissioner, should come to me seeking to gain a refund the following will happen;
➤ If the image has not been started at any degree you will receive a full refund.
➤ If your image has been started you will receive a refund based on the amount of work that I have already completed.
➤ If your image is completed, you will NOT receive a refund or any percentage.
➤ If you have gained a refund your image will not be sent to you, regardless of how much of it has been finished and I hold all rights to use the image that is left as I see fit.ART AND ARTISTIC RIGHTS
♥ I reserve rights to the art I create while the owners retain the right of the characters.
-All artwork that I create is promptly my work to use as I see fit in the following;
➤ Open public gallery.
➤ Portfolio.
➤ Printed materials.
➤ Any form of publication or promotional value.
➤ All artwork I create in commission work may be used in the following;
➤ Repost with redirection to the creator, Myself.
➤ For any personal use.
➤ This artwork may NOT be used for commercial purposes or resold by any means (unless stated otherwise).Please note that if any piece I decide to use in printed or promotional value I will seek permission from the characters respective owners in situations that apply.

CORRECTIONS
During the process I normally (but not always) send
➤ One pose WIP for general idea and posing.
➤ One cleaned up WIP for face and larger details.
➤ The final piece, where colour can be addressed-I am more than willing to make corrections!
➤ If I miss an element of your character or idea please remind me and I'll be right on it.
➤ When making corrections, please be direct so that I don't misinterpret your correction as humor or a passing joke, many things go right over my head unless direct-I will allow three (3) corrections betwee the presketch and clean up phases.
➤ Corrections made after the clean up stage will be charged $5 per correction, unless it is colour related.ALTERNATE VERSIONS
Please, during your submission let me know
if you are interested in alts in your piece PRIOR to payment I will allow a number of alternate versions to be added but the process is easier when I know beforehand so that I may layer everything properly and show works in progress including this information.If you would like an alternate version to a commission after initial payment you will be charged a minimum of 10$ (USD). Please be concise in your request so we may get to work on it ASAP!DISCLAIMER
➤ You must be 18 or older, if you are agreeing to Sweetsartwork's terms of service, you are responsible if you accept and are underaged that I am not responsible for persons who lie about their age
➤ I am allowed to refund a commission at any point, if I feel I am incapable of finishing or producing product by my own standards

➤ I will update this terms of service at any point in time for the safety of myself, the artist, and you, the commissioner, of any misunderstanding

Commission form or not, Thank-you for your interest in my work. It means a lot!
1. The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request, without needing to explain the reason.
2. The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
3. The Artist will not create any depiction of ideologically questionable materials, fetishes, or any form of hateful or racist imagery.
4. The Artist will not reproduce a copyrighted image or character without consent of its copyright owner, and as it pertains to United States Copyright Law ( http://copyright.gov/title17/ ).
5. By commissioning the Artist, the Client is purchasing the Artist’s labor only. The Artist retains all rights to the Commission, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the Commission for Artist promotion (e.g. Profiles, Personal Space, Public Space, as defined in the Definitions section herein, etc.); or as it applies to new Terms of Service agreed upon in a Commercial Purpose Commission Agreement as defined in the Definitions section herein.
6. The Client must specify the content of their Commission to the best of their ability prior to a Commission Agreement. A complex Commission will incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.
7. The Client must specify the desired display size of the Commission, regardless of whether the Commission is completed digitally or traditionally. A large display size will incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.
8. If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work. If there is no deadline set, the Artist has right to work on the piece as they see fit in priority to other materials.
9. If the Commission is defined as confidential in the Commission Agreement, the Artist will temporarily delay public display of the image at the request of the Client and as defined in the Commission Agreement until such time the Commission Agreement specifies public display is permitted. A Client may not request the Artist to complete a Commission without defining the time span in the Commission Agreement to eventually allow the Artist to publicly display the image.
10. The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission, beyond the resale of the original, [traditional art] Commission, or as it applies to new Terms of Service agreed upon in a Commercial Purpose Commission Agreement as defined in the Definitions section herein.
11. The client may not edit, alter, or trace the Commission without the Artist’s expressed, written permission, or as agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.
12. The Client cannot display a Commission outside of Personal Space or in a Public Space unless the Commission is executed under new Terms of Service agreed upon in a Commercial Purpose Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work. The Client must obtain written permission from the Artist prior to displaying the Commission in a Public Space if not already defined in the Commission Agreement; additional fees may apply.
13. Under no circumstances may the Client submit a Commission to any kind of online or offline contest.
14. Digital art Commissions will be provided to the Client via email or an online download location in .jpeg format; this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .tif, etc.), unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement, or thereafter, the Client obtains written permission from the Artist. The Artist is not responsible for the cost of shipping a Commission (traditional art Commissions or any digital media device [e.g. CD, DVD, flash drive, etc.] or print of a digital art Commission); the Client is responsible for all shipment costs.
15. The Artist is not responsible for printing [creating a hard copy of] a digital art Commission, or reproducing prints of a traditional art Commission for the Client unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement.
16. If the Commission is for Commercial Purpose, the Artist must be notified prior to the Start of Work. Commercial use of the Commission will be decided on a case-by-case basis. New Terms of Service must be written and agreed upon in a Commercial Purpose Commission Agreement before the Start of Work.
17. The Client may request a preview of the Commission at any time during the creation process, but may not request changes to the Commission after Start of Work, unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.
18. The Client may not incorporate the Commission in another work of art (or another Artist’s Commission). A take-down notice will be issued in such cases and Term 18 will be applied as necessary.
19. Refunds may only be issued if the Client notifies the Artist prior to Start of Work. No refunds will be issued after Start of Work, nor will a refund be issued before or after Start of Work if any of these Terms of Service are breached. Additionally, the Artist has the right to revoke access to, and stop work of, the Commission at any time after Start of Work if these Terms of Service are breached.
20. The Artist has the right to pursue damages under United States Copyright Law ( http://copyright.gov/title17/ ), should there exist a violation in addition to a breach of these Terms of Service.
